Reporting to the PPW Operations Manager, the primary function of the Customer Service Associate is to provide excellent, pro‐active, support to PPW Leadership and Brand Teams related to consumer and wholesale accounts, marketing communication planning, and project management.


This position will be responsible for managing the front line of customer and consumer interactions with each of PPW’s brands by managing inbound customer service inquiries and daily sales order creation, entry, and invoicing across brands. In addition to direct consumer and customer interaction, this role will support the sales efforts of each PPW brand through database management and maintenance as well as assisting with planning and administration for large tradeshows (e.g. Outdoor Retailer, Polaris Showcase, Moxie Pop ups etc.) and activating events.


You must have strong interpersonal skills and be quick to establish personable and trusting relationships with PPW team members, customers, vendors, and external agency partners. Excellent communication, both written and verbal, as well as, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, can‐do attitude are essential for success in this role.
